What do I need to send in for proof I paid for parking?

Kindly furnish us with the necessary details via email. The information required includes the citation reference as well as the state in which the citation was issued. Additionally, we kindly request that you provide us with the last four digits of the card utilized for parking payment, as well as the corresponding payment amount. Are people with disabilities/ADA allowed to park in UPP Global lots for free?

People with disabilities/ADA are required to pay for parking in our lots because we are privately managed.

I didn't utilize all the time I paid for. Can I receive a refund for the unused portion?

Apologies, but we do not issue refunds for unused time.

Tow behind trailers and campers

Kindly be advised that when utilizing our parking facility to accommodate a camper or trailer, it is imperative to remit payment commensurate with the number of spaces occupied. In the event that two spaces are utilized, it is requisite to submit payment for each space accordingly. Furthermore, the remittance for each space must be accompanied by the tag numbers affiliated with either the vehicle or the camper/trailer.

The meter was broken so I didn’t pay

It is mandatory for all our patrons to remit payment for parking in our lots. In the event that a payment kiosk is out of service, we kindly request that an alternative machine be used. If only one machine is available within the lot, we recommend utilizing the Passport app as a means of making payment for your parking.

I made a payment at one UPP-operated location and relocated my vehicle to another UPP-operated site, only to receive a citation, despite having already paid for parking.

Customers who park and make payment at one of our designated locations and subsequently opt to relocate to another site are kindly reminded that payment must be rendered anew for the lot at the new location. It is important to note that payments made for one lot cannot be transferred or utilized to cover parking charges at a different lot.

Gravel Lots /Double Parking

In gravel lots, it is essential to ensure that your vehicle is parked precisely centered on one of the concrete slabs positioned on the ground. Parking between two slabs will lead to receiving a citation for double parking.

I am at one of your lots and the meter is not allowing us to adjust the time.

Presently, the parking facility in question is categorized as a flat rate lot, with payment accepted until 2am. Beyond that time, all vehicles must be vacated from the premises. It is important to note that the duration of parking cannot be adjusted at this location. If an hourly parking lot is desired, we recommend exploring alternative parking options within the vicinity.

Parking Spaces

In our paved lots, parkers must be parked within the painted lines. If multiple spaces are occupied, every space must be paid for, otherwise you are subject to being cited. In our un-paved lots, parkers must be lined up with a single curb stop.

I have submitted an appeal and would appreciate information on the expected timeline for a response.
